'Penny Out Back'

This 2022 Jayco Penguin can sleep easily sleep 2.5 adults. The main bed is a double width with a queen size length. The dinette converts to a 3rd bed, is slightly smaller then a single bed size and is suitable for anyone under 170cm.

Jayco Penguin Outback Specifications

Sleeps:

2.5 adults (or 2 adults +1 child / 1 adult + 2 children if one can be in the main bed). Easy up tents & self inflating mats available for any extra occupants.

 

Set-up time:

Basic set up - pop the top, set the door up and put the awning out and the stabiliser legs down - 15-25mins

Full set-up with all privacy walls attached & pegged down - 30-50mins dependent on how many walls need pegging out

 

Recommended vehicle specifications:

Tow ball: atleast 150kg

Vehicle tow capacity: 2000kg

Electric brake controller required: YES, Included (free Elecbrakes app required to be downloaded to mobile phone prior to pick up)

Trailer plug adapters included for 7 pin flat, 7 pin small round or 5 pin small round. If you have a 12 pin on your vehicle side, it will connect without an adapter. An adjustable Cruisemaster DO35 pin style hitch is supplied to attach to the vehicle tow bar hitch receiver & is required to be able to tow the camper. Please remove your current tow ball tongue prior to pickup to ensure the hitch pin & hitch is not seized/rusted in the hitch receiver.

Reverse cycle aircon (only usuable if Penny is connected to 240v power)

12v fridge (85L upright, with a very small freezer compartment)

Bedding for 1 or 2 beds (depending on how many people are booked), includes bottom sheet, blanket & pillows. Bring extra blankets if cold weather is expected.
